I had this for my lunch but found the spices too hot, thus took off a star. The flavor is probably good but unfortunately it is masked by the heat of the chiles. I would suggest diluting it with coconut milk as a remedy.
Not usually a fan of mixed veg curries, but this one had a restaurant-like finish. The sweetness and spice were in perfect balance.
This Veg Makhanwala was surprisingly rich for a no-prep meal. The paneer was soft, and the creamy tomato base had real depth.
