At Kitindo, we know that life can get busy and plans can change—and that’s totally okay. Our policies are designed to be fair, simple, and rooted in trust.

💬 Need to Cancel? No Worries.

If you change your mind after placing an order, just cancel it within 24 hours, and we’ll issue you a full refund—no questions asked. We totally understand that things come up.

If it’s been more than 24 hours, your meals may already be packed and on their way. In that case, we’ll kindly ask you to send the unopened package back to us. Once we receive it in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. We’re a small business, so we aren’t able to cover return shipping just yet—but we really appreciate your understanding!

We put a lot of love and care into every meal we send out, but if something’s not quite right—we want to hear about it.

Please reach out to our support team through the Contact Us page, and we’ll personally look into your issue. Every situation is different, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We’re not able to offer returns for meals that are opened or based purely on taste preferences, but if something is off, we’re just an email away. You can always send back unopened meals, and once we receive them, we’ll refund you within 5–7 business days.
