Shipping policy

At Kitindo, we’re all about making your life easier—and that includes being upfront and fair about how we handle shipping.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $60—anywhere in the U.S. If your order is under $60, there’s a flat $9.99 shipping fee, no matter where you’re located. We know that’s not nothing, and trust us—we wish we could offer free shipping on everything. But as a growing small business, it’s not always possible (yet!).

We promise we’re always looking for ways to bring our shipping costs down, so we can pass more savings on to you in the future.

Your meals are packed with care and usually ship out within 1–2 business days. Once they’re on the way, they typically reach you in 3–5 business days. We don’t offer expedited shipping just yet, but we’ll keep you posted when we do.

At this time, we’re only able to deliver within the United States. Orders can be placed from anywhere—just make sure the shipping address is U.S.-based.
