Never thought I’d enjoy bharta from a packet. But the texture was rustic, and the flavor had layers.
This Baingan Bharta had a gorgeous smoky aroma, just like when you roast it directly on the flame at home.
I really enjoyed it..at first i was sceptical whether it worth buying. But i must admit after tasting it I am feeling like dining in my village..the taste is so much preserved it feels unbelievable. Actually the experience is as such that no words can describe it..to each and everyone i must recommend go for it taste it once and you would fall in love with it..and please do taste Amritsari chole, Bhindi Masala, pav Bhaji and Baigan Bharta which are my favourites.
